I was recently gifted the opportunity to attend the most recent LMNTL retreat at The Hive at High Rock in the Red River Gorge area of Kentucky. My experience was deeply transformative and spiritual. The space was beautiful, and the flow of self-care exercises, conversations and growth opportunities offered by Leslie, Matt and CeJay joined to provide what I did and did not know I needed. They brought together a group of people, and we all left with a community of friends. I am so thankful for this experience and sharing now so you all know the good work these people do and if the opportunity presents itself participate in one of their programs or retreats.
