I had the pleasure of attending a wonderful day retreat hosted by LMNTL alongside a couple other wonderful practitioners. We explored somatic work as well as mind-body exercises to help with our creativity. I left the retreat feeling super relaxed and refreshed in my creative endeavors. Also, I have had the pleasure of attending a Creativity talk hosted by LMNTL and it is where I met my current partner. So many people I talked to after the event seemed to love the intimate setting of this event and the vibe that Leslie and Matt set up in the way they lovingly hosted. I appreciated the different perspectives on creativity that were shared at this private even and what creativity meant for each person who felt called to share. It was a vulnerable and also deeply enriching experience. LMNTL are some of the most integral, empathetic, knowledgeable (especially in the areas of holistic coaching, creativity, and in creating safe and enriching environments that are conducive for healing, growing, compassion and exploring). They make their work look easy, but it’s apparent they put a ton of care, thought, and resources into what they do. Leslie and Matt care about individuals, their community, and the world at large and this is evident in their work and in at all their events I’ve been honored to attend.
